I think it really amounts to about 95 recipes since there are a few posts without recipes. It's somewhat sobering, but . . . it's awesome! Thank you for joining me on this adventure. Let's celebrate!
In light of celebrations, let's try one of my absolute favorite recipes. Peanut Butter Pie. O-M-G! I think the only thing better would be a pie with flavors that are similar to my favorite candy, Reese's Cups. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
Half of an 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 - 9-inch graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumb crust
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, sugar, milk and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour in graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
Double everything for two pies.
