OK - here is something silly easy - really! I wouldn't kid you. It resembles a chocolate croissant, sort of.
Chocolate Biscuits
1 can Pilsbury Grands (8 count) (I used the Homestyle Buttermilk flavor, but plan to use the butter-tastin ones next time)
Chocolate Chips (I used semi-sweet, but any flavor would work -- maybe even a mix of chocolate and peanut butter chips - hmmm)
Preheat oven per package directions. Take a knife and cut into biscuits lengthwise - like you were cutting them into 2 thinner ones - but don't cut all the way through. Pile chips into the center - about a dozen or so. Lay the top back over and pinch the edges back together - make sure you get a good seal so the chocolate doesn't ooze out. Place onto baking sheet/pan.
Bake per directions, about 15 minutes or so.
When done, brush top with butter or margarine and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Alternatively, warm 1/4 cup vanilla frosting in the microwave for 10-15 seconds (should be of a drizzle consistancy) and drizzle over biscuits for that fancy touch.
Eat while warm. Yum!
