Pressure Cooker - Electric
I love using the newer electric pressure cookers so much, that I have 2 different sizes, a 5-quart and a 6-quart. I use the smaller one for vegetables, rice, oatmeal (steel cut) and such, while the larger one handles my roasts, whole chickens and of course, soup!
Pressure Cookers on QVC I'm including the link to QVC's pressure cookers, only because they are the ones I am most familiar with - but any electric pressure cooker will yield tremendous results compared to traditional stovetop cooking. This is an awesome addition to your kitchen line-up.
